Repairs were made on all three of her horses and horses were mailed back to customer in a timely manner, including a *** model she is not showing and claims I also did not repair. There will be no refund as repair work was done and all pieces left my studio fully repaired

My letter is in response to the Revdex.com claim ID: *** filed on 5/21/in which customer claims I accepted payment for repair services not completedI did complete the services fully and mailed the items back shipped in the manner requested by customer, that is, United States Priority Mail with
no insurance. After a contracted seminar on repair with *** Animal Creations at the Kentucky Horse Park in August of 2015, customer flagged me down and requested I fix three of her *** horses which had damagesThe presentation did not invite attendees to bring their damaged articles for repair, but I accepted the pieces and told the customer there would be a wait time to receive the repaired pieces back as I would fit them into my commission schedule when there was an openingShe was also given a quick estimate of cost per piece and was told she would be responsible for return shippingShe agreed upon all that was presented to her.During the waiting period customer contacted me on 9/20/to find out if the repairs were completedI responded promptly to the email and let her know they had not been started, but I had hoped to be able to complete work scheduled prior to her handing me her items very soon and would be able to slip her repairs in and complete them by OctoberShe responded by stating for me to “take your time.” I was able to finally give all three my full attention in the studio by the end of April They were completed for the customer in May 2016.I fully repaired all three of the customer's pieces in late April and had documented their repair for use in social media and upcoming summer seminarsThe photos contained within this document are of the three damaged items the customer handed to me in Kentucky to repair and of their full repair.Documentation of each of the customer's items and their damages and their repair is as follows:1)*** Animal Creations “*** *** ***” mold #***Broken back left legMultiple scratches on body, tail, hooves, muzzle and earsBack leg was firmly adhered using a liquid epoxy technique and allowed to set for hoursAfter leg break was cemented back together area was sanded smooth with a Dremel and repaired area was painted to replicate factory finishAll scratches were also covered to replicate factory finishCharge: $for repair(Detailed photo documentation of this repair is included.)2)*** Animal Creations "***” mold #*** Broken front left legItem also had a few scratches on the body and ear tip rubsLeg was firmly adhered using a liquid epoxy technique and allowed to set for hoursArea was sanded smooth with a Dremel and paint restored to replicate factory finishBody scratches and ears were fixedCharge: $for repair(Before and after photos included).3)*** Animal Creations “*** ***' mold #*** Original clear plastic disk had been broken by customer leaving the plastic dowel rod firmly planted inside the hoofI was asked to remove the remainder of the peg from the hoof so a new disk could be used so the statue could standA Dremel tool with sanding and drilling attachments were used to sand the broken dowel flush to the hoof and then the remaining plastic dowel was fully removed by carefully drilling into the hoofCustomer supplied a new disk and asked that it be fitted to that particular horseI adjusted the new hole in the hoof to accommodate the new diskThe new disk was mailed back to the customer in the entire package with the Huck horse, but was wrapped separately from horse in transit as this is the proper shipping procedure for statues with one leg baring weight on a small baseCharge: $for repair(Detailed photo documentation of this repair is included.)Although it took me a while to completed the repairs, because of already scheduled Commissions in my studio, I stayed in contact the entire time with the customer and completed all the repairs as requested the moment my studio allowedHorses were all fully repaired, carefully wrapped, and shipped via United States Priority Shipping without insurance (as per the customer's request) in a timely manner after payment was received. The last contact I had with the customer was an email she had sent after receiving the package accusing me of not doing any of the requested repairs, including drilling of the "Huck pegShe had accused me of just mailing all items back to her just as she had given them to me in Kentucky and charging her for not doing any workAfter receiving this letter accusing me of fraud, I pressed her to send further communication on this matter as all horses left my studio and possession fully repaired and factory finish restored.I have yet to receive a reply to my request or any further communication on this matter from the customer except for this official Revdex.com claim which states I did absolutely no repair and her request for a full refund for work I have fully completed on all three of her items. On the following pages you will find the photos I took while I repaired all three of the customer's horses.***ifer BD***

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
If you look at the Proud Arabian model, the back legs of my model are not not the same as the one in Jenn's photo.  Mine do not have white socks, and my model is darker bay.  It also has green felt pads under each foot.  Also, my [redacted] model doesn't have any shine like the one in her pic.  I was never quoted any price for repairs.  I am not happy about this matter because of the dishonesty.  There is no evidence of [redacted] glue or painting to cover the marks.  I have used [redacted] glue before and it would have foamed and turned yellowish at the place of adhering.  Live attached several photos to back my claim.
