I have so far had a great experience with Flooring WorldI am renovating an entire BR Bath condominiumAfter looking everywhere for floor tile and bathroom shower tile we stumbled into flooring WorldThis is the place I ended up purchasing 95% of my tile due to their excellent selection and qualityI found the prices to be fairI found the store employees, the owner, and his wife extremely professional and friendlyThe installers are doing an excellent job installing the floor plank tiles and are taking extra steps to ensure a great end resultNo short cuts here! They are using the wedge system which helps ensure there is no lippageThey also put a layer of thin set then mud with another layer of thin set layered on the bottom of the tileand kinda sandwiched like an oreo cookie I will definitely use this company again for purchasing tile and/or installing tileI have already recommended them to my sister who is in the process of getting a free quote for services to replace here entire condo flooringAt this time the installation of the 32" plank flooring for the entire condo is approximately 75% completeScheduling was also easy and reliableMy experience so far has been very positive and stress free!!! :)
Please do not trust the owner [redacted] He will tell you one thing and do another; you must get everything in writingHe did work in my bathroomThe bathroom floors and shower walls were not installed properly I brought this to his attention with proof that the work was not done properly; instead of fixing the work, he attempted to place a lien on my home for full payment on work not completedHe will make promises of an extended warranty for this work only to go back on his wordHe will even promise to his work completed in daysSave yourself the headache and stress use another company If
