*** *** has called me on several occasionsShe expressed to me her displeasure with one area of her newly installed hardwood floorsThat area was the dinning roomShe called me several times and I finally did schedule an appointment for my sales rep to come out and inspect the floorShe
knew the time and day when the appointment was to be scheduledThe day of the appointment we arrived to her home and ** *** was the only one homeThe rep inspected the floor as well as INeither one of us could see the "film" on the floorThe only thing we could see was the light reflecting off of the floor from the windowI took several pictures of the floor and have sold more jobs off of those pictures because of how good the floor looksThe rep did say he felt some sticky spots where there may have been some glue residueHe cleaned those spots thoroughly and stood backHe asked ** *** if he can see anything he replied "no, I honestly couldn't see what film *** *** was talking about" After we left a couple of days later *** *** called again expressing her displeasure once moreI asked her why she was not there during the appointment but I can not remember her reasonThe rep for the company does not see a reason why he should go out twice to please herHe believes that if she was that concerned with it she should have been there the first timeThose are his words not mineI can not force them to come out again For some reason *** *** has been calling *** to complainHer flooring is not by ***It is not written on the paper work I dont know why she keeps calling themThis is not an install issue I have nothing to do with the finish of the floorI dont know what other steps she expects me to take but my hands are tiedIf she wants to sue the Manufacture that is completely up to herBut I did attempt to help her and The rep from the manufacturer did go to her house as well as I.
Thanks

Revdex.com:
This issue is not resolved. He made no offer for a resolution
He is very unprofessional. He ruined my floors by cleaning with paint thinner. He should be professional enough to have his floor rep return
This letter is to inform you that Floorland of Texas - Pasadena has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on *** *** ** and assigned ID ***
Regards,

You (***) did tell me to use *** floor cleaner with a microfiber mop. Again, all I asked was someone to come out to see the issue. A good business person would do just that. Ive not asked for a refund, discount, redojust the courtesy of you/rep coming back out to see how my floors look
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
Regards,

I would not have come out with the rep had you told me you couldn't make it. You were the reason he came in the first place. [redacted] has nothing to do with your issue they think you are complaining about one of their products. Second of all I NEVER suggest using any products to any customers for this very reason. I ALWAYS tell my customers use your preference. I suggest something you can squirt directly out of the bottle onto the floor that does not need to be diluted in water and not to use any products that contain wax. I don't even sell cleaning products in my store so why would I endorse someones product? 3rd of all if the cleaner caused that to happen then you need to take that up with the cleaner rep or again the rep for your floors. I sent him out he came he refuses to come back so I don't know what you want me to do. This is not an install issue. I have not ignored [redacted] nor have I lied to her. There is nothing more I can do so maybe suing the manufacturer is a step you should consider taking. He has his reports on what happened and what he saw the day he came by. He believes it is not a manufacture defect because he did not see anything. He took pictures of it as did I. It is not an install issue because you are telling us that a cleaner caused a film. I've installed this product in countless homes in both colors and this is the only complaint I have had on these floors. However I must say honestly there is nothing there I've seen it so has the rep. I am sorry you feel like I've done you wrong in some way but I haven't, and I've done everything you've asked of me. The rep refusing to come back to your house is not in my hands.

Thank you
