Maintenance contract in the fall of 2016 we mailed him a postcard to call and schedule his furnace service. After no response, January of 2017 we followed up and sent a second postcard to remind him to schedule, with still no response we followed up with a call to his cell phone and he replied he works
all week and was only off on Saturday and Sunday. We don't normally schedule maintenance services on Saturdays and Sundays, but we can on Saturday for an extra cost.
This summer we sent him a postcard to schedule his Air Conditioner Service. Again no response, we followed up this time with a letter explaining he has this coming and it would be in his best interest to schedule as these maintenance agreements expire.
He finally called and scheduled. The day came for us to service and he called first thing in the morning to see what time we were coming out. It was 55 degrees and raining, we explained that we could not service his air conditioner in these
conditions. The forecast for the day called for the weather to warm up and the rain to stop so we explained that we would come later, He wanted to reschedule in case we couldn't make it, which we did but we did do his Air Conditioner service that day.
Opening an Air Conditioner's electrical components and refrigerant lines in the rain exposes them to moisture and can be very harmful to the unit and the Service Tech,
We plan to service his units as he schedules them. We also plan to honor his ten year failed parts and labor warranty.

Never received any postcards in the mail from this agency. I had to call them to find the arrival time which at that point they hung up on me. I called back a second time and the lady who answered was rude inappropriate with her language and basically refused to help me. Only after I threatened to calm the Revdex.com did the make some accommodation. No information was ever provided to me about Saturday service. Each time I called and asked about Saturday service I was told they don't do service on Saturdays and don't schedule appointments after 330 during the week.
