In Oct I purchased an [redacted] from [redacted] @ Fusion CyclesI have reported multiple issues with the product to the dealerAfter having a few issues "repaired", I found that their mechanic did not know what he was doing and lied about performing serviceI have had an improper mounting on the rear wheel that has resulted in the inability to use the vehicleAfter finding that their mechanic did not know what he was doing, I decided not to bring in the vehicle to have the dealer service itI have contacted the dealer to have the "warranty" covered parts provided to me and was told that I would have to pay for themThe major issue with the bike at this time is that the rear wheel is allowed to wobble when riding and results in the inability to operate this vehicle Product_Or_Service: [redacted] - [redacted] ***

on july 15,2018,I spoke to staff on phone about repair work on a scooter told to drop it off before 4pm and I would hear from them(fusion) by tuesday july 17,with information concerning repairs needed, this call never camei inturn called them(fusion) to get information only to be told bike had not even been in the shop yet.Waited afew more days to recontact Fusion trying to obtain information only to hear the same NOTHING ! Finally receive call that bike is ready how ever upon inspecting the bike the airfilter was missing(STOLEN by Fusion CYCLES) the wires were hanging all over the motor,the rear wheel wasn't even bolted back on the bike,the trunk had been cracked,the skidplate under the bike had been torn off it's boltAfter strongly complaining to company/owner I was told to leave property while they(fusion) still had possion of the keysIt took the police to be called before I could receive the keys and paperworkFusion Cycles charged *** to hold a bike for business d
