We have spoke to MrL [redacted] at length and had a conversation very similar to the complaint and after a full understanding of what happened we did the following to resolve this matter: To prevent putting these employees families at risk we did not let them go, however1- We formally wrote up all employees involved2- We put them through a comprehensive customer service training class to prevent this from ever happening again We take customer service very seriously and appreciate knowing when things don't go as they should and take them as an opportunity to better ourselves as a company and our employees as individuals

I am rejecting this response because: The insurance still has not been cancelled after they told us it was cancelledwe are still paying for it So they are still lying and wont follow through with what they say they will doThey have don't nothing to repair relationship with us Regards, [redacted]

I bought my Polaris Sportsman h.ofrom Kevin Powell brand new in September I put $cash down and financed the rest through *** financialI also purchased a aftermarket set of wheels and tires, also purchased a warranty which I was told it included free oil changesI took it for my first oil change only to find out that it wasn't freeI had to pay for all oil changesAlso when they put my aftermarket wheels on they actually kept my factory wheels and told me if I wanted my factory wheels, I would have to pay them a extra $300.00, don't see how that is when the factory tires come on the quad originallyI paid about $for my first service, and my second serviceI just took my quad up there for service, they told me I was due for a hour service, don't see how that is correct either because my quad only has hours on itI dropped it off the called me days later and told me that my quad was ready and my total is $I was irate, my fiance was with me to pick it upThey told him they serviced the head on the motor, greased fittings, and done oil change, and messed with the differentialsI got it home put it in the building, and I called polaris in high point nc and also called polaris in mt.airy nc and explained what was suppose to be performed in a hour service the said grease fitting, check oilThey said they shouldn't have ever touched my engine what so ever that it is factory sealed and if they broke the seal it can cause me problems in the future, both companies said that engine work shouldn't be done until at least 300-hoursSo I went outside today to ride my wheeler and there was a big puddle of oil under my wheeler, I had my fiance look at it and they didn't even tighten my oil filter up all the waySo I tried to call and of course it's Saturday and it's o'clock and they close at Also when I paid off my wheeler through lenmark financial 10-13-I requested my certificate of origin finance company let me know they wouldn't have that hut kevin powell would have that, I contacted kevin powell spoke with Brittany, Mike and even requested it when I picked my wheeler up from the service that they said they so called peformed and I was told they didn't know where it was at and I really didn't need it anyway because in the state of north Carolina it's not requiredI don't care of it isn't required I want my certificate of originI called back to the finance company and spoke with the manager there she said she has been trying to get ahold of mike for days he won't return her calls, or emailsShe said she talked to a guy named Matt and he said they did have it and they were suppose to mail it to me well its been another week and still don't have anythingMy year old daughters wheeler even has a certificate of originWhen my fiance called and spoke with Mike at kevin powell and bought these issues to his attention he let my fiance know that it was due for hour service, and that his comapny has done nothing wrongI let them know we wouldn't do service with them again or recommend them to anyone, Mikes response wasn well that's your choiceOn my receipt it doesn't even show all services they SAID they performed it shows oil change and grease fittingsI paid dollars for parts and dollars for laborI will be contacting them Tuesday to discuss my oil filter being loose and see what they have to say about thatI paid my hard earned money to the establishment and they treat you like crap with no respectI would like to speak to the owner of the whole entire franchise

 We take customer service very seriously and appreciate knowing when things don't go as they should and take them as an opportunity to better ourselves as a company and our employees as individuals.

We have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and this matter has been resolved. We certainly apologize for any inconvenience that he experienced due to the clerical errors...

and miscommunication.  Generally this would not happen, but in the middle of our busy season, getting the necessary paper work processed, just took longer than it should have.  We have corrected those errors along with compensating him for his interest and time. This is not typical for our business, as Mr. [redacted] knows from how happy he was with his first purchase from Kevin Powell Motorsports.  We take this second purchase and the mistakes that were made as a learning and teaching experience. We appreciate the time Mr [redacted] took to make us aware of this situation.

Customer says this was posted in error prior to the resolution. This issue has been resolved to customers satisfaction
