We had these guys do our hardwood floor. A friend who had finished our floor years ago when we built our house told us his friend had them do their floor and they did well. That must have been the last floor they did well. They came, three guys, they were nice and fast. A little roughing of the floor, vacuum and then a coat of sealer and they were gone. After it dried there were white spots on the floor in several places. I called and asked if they would come and take the white spots out and the owner told me " Yes, soon as I can!" Never heard from him again. We worked around the spots. Worse than that, almost immediately, scratches started showing up. Within a short time our floor actually looked worse than before. It wasn't a swedish finish costing $2000.00, but it should last longer than a week and it should not have had white spots in it and they should have returned to correct it.

I hired [redacted]to put hard wood floors in a bedroom I added to my house, paying him about $4000. He dellivered the wood and then sent his employees out to install it. The install was ok,

but they did use a lot of wood filler in one area about 1/2 inch wide by 3 feet long, and they used a water based sealer and the bid was for a Swedish Finish. The wood itself was a really poor quality and didnt come close to matching the rest of the house. I called [redacted]a couple of times and told him but it he didnt come out and check the floor for 2 months, by then the trim was up and the room was finished. When he saw the floor he started screaming "oh no, oh no, oh no!" He admitted it was the worse match he had ever seen but did not compensate for any of it, he had his money and didnt really care. Quality and integrity are lacking in this business. Lesson learned; dont pay until it is how you want it.

Used these people before when overseas working they did an awesome job for me . Last year I called them back to repair a floor that was damaged by water gave the owner the check and returned overseas all the while feeling confident the job would be done . When I returned home some month later my wooden grills which this company originally installed were missing . I contacted the company by e mail and phone a dozen times without any satisfaction finally a month later I did get a reply from the owner that the grills were probably in the shop somewhere that was al he said. I continued to call and e mail the company finally I gave up and had the grills replaced out of my own pocket
