countertop. Norecords were found for this job, however, the owner of the company, [redacted]inspected the countertops on May 5'h, 2015.• Mr. [redacted] advised his countertops were installed in 2001.• [redacted] purchased Floors with Flair from the previous owners, [redacted] in 2008. That is the reason there is no record of Floors with Flair everperforming this job.• Upon inspection, it was determined the damage was water damage not installer error.The swollen beveled edge pulled away at the seam. The product failed due to waterabsorption, not uncommon in a kitchen area considering the 14 years since install.• If Mr. [redacted] could find his Work Contract or some documentation showing whichproduct was used, he could consider calling the manufacturer. However, it is doubtfulthe manufacturer would warranty after 14 years.• All of this was explained to Mr. [redacted].• Floors with Flair provided a quote to repair the front beveled edge for $214.35.Thank you, if you need additional information or have any questions, please let me know.
