This company is a scam. They installed a large job for me and incorrectly installed all of the laminate flooring. We went to court and Floortechs, LLC lost the case. There is an outstanding judgment againsta Floortechs, LLC in Montgomery County MD. Anyone can go on the District Court website and review the judgement. Mr. Randy Perez, please send me my check and satisfy your judgement. Potentially customers shouldn't give this company a penny.
Randy Perez has an alias. It is Brandy Perez. This is not a legitimate company.

I hired the company Floor Techs LLC, to install the laminate floors in my down stair area that included the living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. The living room floors needed to be leveled and Randy P, the Senior Project Manager stated that leveling the floor would not be an issue, it would just cost more. I paid a down payment of 1,350 dollars to have the work start on August 24, 2019.
On August 24, 2019 at 0800 the installer for Floor Tech showed up to my home but refused to install the floors because he stated that he did not know how to install the floors properly. After having several calls and text messages with Randy he stated that he would send another installer out to assess the problem. At or around 1700 the same evening the other installer name William showed up to my home. William told me that he could do the work with no problem. In fact William stated that the installation was easy to do; therefore a second installation date was set for August 31, 2019 at 0800.
On August 31, 2019 the installer never came. I called and text Randy several times with no reply. It was not until I sent a text that stated in simple terms, that I intend to seek a legal resolution to me getting my money back did Randy text me back. He stated in his text, I'm not sure why William didn't show up today. I have been trying to reach him, but he is not answering. I am currently out of town for the holiday weekend and will return on Tuesday and back to work on Wednesday. I will be issuing you a full refund. Again my apologies and sorry I let you down. Prior to Randy responding to my many texts and voicemails I posted an unfavorable review but a honest account of the service or lack thereof I received from Floor Techs LLC. On Wednesday I received a email from Randy P that stated in short that he will refund my money only if I remove my review. I told Randy that I refused.
