us know if you would like us to bring it out". She chose to schedule a delivery and did not ask us any further questions. Our #53 recycled concrete is a .0 to 1.5" size. The "dirt" that she describes is not dirt. Because it is crushed concrete, it contains concrete fines, not dirt. She did not ask for any photographs of our product. She states that the cost was [redacted] per ton, which is incorrect. The cost was [redacted] per ton including tax, with a [redacted] delivery fee. Most companies in the area have a much higher delivery fee. After we delivered our product, she emailed us 2 photographs of what she expected and what she received. She should have sent a photo of what she wanted before she ordered, rather than after. In order to get exactly what she wanted, it would have been a good idea for her to actually view the product at our nursery before she ordered it. She never asked to look at the product. We have many customers stop by and look at our mulch, topsoil and rock products before they purchase it for delivery, so that they know what they are getting. We replied to her emails, we did not ignore her. We do not feel she deserves a refund of [redacted] We delivered exactly the product that she ordered and delivered it at the time she asked us to bring it to her, at the price we quoted. We are more than happy to admit if we are wrong, but in this case we believe that we are not.

This is price gauging at its best! As a business one should not assume that the consumer knows what #53 Recycled concrete is. We received more dirt then we did anything else. This in itself is enough to claim about however to be told that I should of done enough research on my end is basically saying "too bad, so sad. Your loss." Every local company in the area is only charging no more than [redacted] a ton for the same product and the delivery rate isn't even close to being [redacted] I am not asking for a full refund but to be repaid for the over pricing of the product that was not what was described and was almost all dirt.

We were contacted by this person for crushed concrete, which we delivered as ordered. We did not price gouge her as she is saying. We quoted her a price and she accepted it. The dirt she is saying that she received, we repeat is not dirt, it is concrete fines, which is in crushed concrete. We cannot take responsibility for this person not understanding what she is ordering, especially if she did not ask any questions of us. This person's statement that "Every local company in the area is only charging no more than [redacted] a ton for the same product" is not true. We know what other companies are charging. This person's statement that "the delivery rate isn't even close to being [redacted] is not true either, we have one of the lowest delivery fees in the area. Why did she purchase from us if everyone else is cheaper. How can she claim that she didn't get what was described, when we were never asked to describe our product. This person does not deserve any type of reimbursement. We have now lost money on this transaction at this point, as a result of us having to spend time to respond to her claims against us. When is the company right and not the customer. There was no mistake made on our end.
