Parcel not received, nothing initiated by the company
On May 21, I bought a new belt and stylus from this provider (order ***)They sent the parcel on May (***) but it got lost on its wayI asked them to contact *** to try and see what was going on but they never did anythingI contacted *** and *** and both of them tell me that I am not allowed to do anything on this file as only the sender has access to request informationThe parcel is now in *** (?!?!) for more than two weeksI have been patient and have sent them several emails but they never did anything to try and solve the situation or to suggest me replacement of the lost item
LP GEAR sent me the WRONG partThey now want me to pay a 15% FEE to return itIt is brand new,in package (plastic bag) and their fault
I ordered a belt for my turntable, one of the most popular high- end models on the planet (*** ***.) They sent me the WRONG belt- a 40" belt instead of the 36" belt usedTo return it, they expect ME to not only pay RETURN SHIPPING, but ALSO a 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE!!--- For THEIR mistake!! Plus, they are very expensive ($for the belt, $for the shipping- it weighs about oz.) $for a large rubber band that costs them, I'm sure, about $They buy them in huge bulk and then package them when received in small "dime bags." So they are also paying next to nothing for packagingWhat a racket! They can make a great profit just sending everybody the wrong parts, and keeping 15% on every sale free and clear! It's at the very LEAST unethical, and possibly worseI will check into it
