Parcel not received, nothing initiated by the company On May 21, I bought a new belt and stylus from this provider (order [redacted] )They sent the parcel on May ( [redacted] ) but it got lost on its wayI asked them to contact [redacted] to try and see what was going on but they never did anythingI contacted [redacted] and [redacted] and both of them tell me that I am not allowed to do anything on this file as only the sender has access to request informationThe parcel is now in [redacted] (?!?!) for more than two weeksI have been patient and have sent them several emails but they never did anything to try and solve the situation or to suggest me replacement of the lost item
