WARNING - NOTHING WILL ARRIVE AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY
I ordered a time critical wreath for a funeral in Mombasa, Kenya on Friday 1st October and Richard Fullham emailed confirmation of payment ($97) and order number 1756213. Then Boldwin Smith e-mailed to say that it was scheduled for delivery for Saturday 2nd October. On the delivery day itself, Boldwin e-mailed me back to say that delivery was not possible 'owing to non-availability of fresh flowers'. REALLY? In Kenya?

Then Anna Clark e-mailed Monday 3rd October to apologise and schedule redelivery for the very same day. But no delivery was made.

Nothing. No flowers. No refund. No update. No regard.

Finally a day after the funeral, Boldwin e-mails back with 'The order could not be delivered due to the recipient location being far off.'

A complete failure. Absolute incompetence but more importantly, dishonesty and a total lack of respect and disregard for the customer, timing or sentiment.

Hard-earnt money thrown into a black hole and customers need to be warned of these people as no money has been refunded but more to the point is that compensation needs to be made for the absolute disgrace of an operation. It seems a scam to take payments from undiscerning and trusting customers. My deepest regret is not sticking to the professionals like Interflora - especially at a time of death overseas when flowers are the expression of love.

These con-artists know that it is only decent, caring people that send flowers to loved ones abroad. They are milking and manipulating people and deserve every bit of pain for that which they cause by their failures and misleading / dishonest dealings. What goes around comes around. These people MUST be held to account for my money and the disappointment and hurt caused.

Shocking experience and obviously shared by others. On 23rd December I ordered flowers to be sent to Canada. I received several emails from Flora2000 claiming that the order was confirmed/that the flowers were on the way, one email actually said they had been delivered. I tried to reply to the several email addresses, eg.'[email protected]'; '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'. My emails were returned by Outlook as 'undeliverable'. I then looked at the reviews on Trust Pilot and Booking.com and saw reports of other people's appalling experience. I cancelled the order and booked through Interflora. Flora 2000 ignored this and continued to send a series of presumably automated emails for the next week, each claiming that a delivery had been attempted but that no one was in and the phone number provided was invalid. The family were at home throughout the period. The phone number was valid. Interflora delivered on the day Flora 2000 supposedly found no one in, and used the phone number Flora declared as 'invalid'. No flowers were ever delivered but my money has been taken. My bank is raising a dispute but all this has taken up quite some time. My advice is to save time and money by staying clear.

Review: I sent flowers to be delivered on the [redacted] of February 2014. I contacted the business and said I had not recieved any confirmation of the flowers being delivered to which I was told they had been. On the [redacted], the day after, I called the recipient to confirm the delivery, they had not recieved anything from them. I have tried calling both local and toll free numbers for the business neither of which worked. I have only been able to recieve any feedback from the company through email via there website. Terrible customer service, and professionalism.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, the items were never recieved.

Review: Placed an online order for flowers and was bamboozled with the delivery and product. First the delivery guy was poorly dressed not professional maintained. Secondly, the flowers were not a properly prepared arrangement. There were flowers added that didn’t even belong in the arrangement, there was flowers leaves tapped and folded in such a way that prevent maintenance of plant life. This look as thrown together without expertise of floral knowledge of any kind. It was clearly not was ordered unevenly cut, messy unnecessary tape on flowers and the vase was a block box not the products shown online. Offering 25-30% refund does not suffice. Instead of a happy thanksgiving wish it was a tone of death by the worst means. Very disappointing and embarrassing order number #[redacted] it is a rip off and false advertisement, beware notating flora2000, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund but to also look closer at a business that false advertise ripping off consumers

No address was found online and this receipt doesn't have one. They are denying to provide me with a U.S. address and when I call the U.S. number the call is disconnected.

Review: On **/Feb/2016, I made an online purchase on flora2000.com for two gift baskets for delivery to Naples, Italy. I paid a total of $241.96 for both gift baskets. Only one of the gift baskets was actually delivered and received by the intended recipient. However, the gift basket that was received was not at all what I purchased. The gift basket I ordered was a I purchased the Gusto Esagerato gift basket which should have included an assortment of fruits, nuts, sausage, olives and crackers (the gift basket cost $110.98). Instead, the recipient received a basket with random candies that seemed to be purchased at a local corner store valuing no more that $20.00. The second basket I ordered which wasn't received at all, should have been the cocoa basket which consist of an assortment of chocolate bars, candies and cookies (basket total $130.98). I received an email from the company stating that both baskets were delivered, however that is not true. I have tried to contact the company several times to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like to request a refund. Mainly because one of the items I purchased wasn't received at all, and the other item that was received was not what I purchased.

Review: On 12/[redacted]/12 I placed an order for flowers (order #[redacted]for $57.98)to [redacted]. As of today, 1/[redacted]/14 the flowers are not delivered. There have been several excuses and I have provided every means of contact for Alien that I have. Alien confirmed with me that no one has contacted her regarding the flowers. Below is the email exchanges with Flora2000. The latest response I received from Flora2000, today, again asked for more time.Desired Settlement: Simply refund my money.
