[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It does not address the primary issue, which was the elimination of an entire entree which Flora's agreed to provide There was no communication with me on this matter, and it was not part of our verbal negotiation or agreement Flora's has also misrepresented the issue of the sauce, as I agreed to make an additional sauce but was depending on them to provide the primary sauce, which I had never tried but which they highly recommended These issues were all brought to their attention in writing months before I lodged this complaint with Revdex.com They did not respond Regards, [redacted] ***
