company is only as good as a first impression.

I had an unexpected death in my family both parents passed in an accident.

We had planned on floralhaven but wanted the information on getting the ball rolling.

2 plots and 2 caskets as well as a service and you would think I could be treated with some dignity.
Nope not floralhaven.

Upon entering I was greated with a big smile and told to wait for a moment.
There were a few others waiting and the lady behind the desk seemed to be typing on a computer.
Once I walked to my left to see what she was doing I observed her typing not on a computer but her phone. Gasp! She was posting a picture on her own facebook page, how could I tell?

Because I observed the picture that was her being posted.
Once she noticed I was watching she said now how can I help you(big smile).

We decided it was best spending our money elsewhere and I can say it was a big amount at that.
If anyone was watching it looked like great service but it was very much the opposite.

Facebook- more important than my loved ones.
I dont think so
