On the phone call, Charlotte offered a full refund to the card issuerShe then emailed the card issuer saying she would offer creditThat is the basis of the entire complaintShe said SHE WOULD CALL AND APPOLOGIZE AND ISSUE A REFUND IMMEDIATELY TO THE CARD USED FOR PAYMENTShe instead however waited hours, sent an email and only presented the option of store credit.
The issue comes down to she said she would do one thing, but only presented an alternate undiscussed and not agreed proposal to the cardholder.
Logically, why would we want store credit when their first impression was a dead bouquetFor further clarity the flowers that actually arrived to us were brown and did not match the photo sent to the card holder
