Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The response from Floral Park was from the front desk [redacted] , [redacted] , which is the person who my complaint regarded [redacted] 's response was by far the most twisted version of the actual story that existThe entire response is based on her opinion on a matter that she can not proveThe facts are what needs to be focused on hereThe fact is that Floral Park Motor Lodge debited my account for $for a reservation on Upon arriving at the hotel I was turned away due to frivolous allegations by [redacted] , but at this point that is a "he said-she said" conversation with no relevanceWhat is relevant is that I was charged for a night at the Floral Park Inn, I was turned away, not being allowed to stay there, and my money was not refunded! This is my complaintI want my money back! It would be in the interest of the establishment to remove [redacted] from her position at Floral Park Inn, but thats not my concern, my concerns are again, the $that was taken from account and not refunded like I was informed I would be In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] checked into our hotel on November **, for three nightsOn the third night (11-**-14) he did not have the whole amount due, and paid only $from his $room rateHe told us he would pay the next day at noon when he pays for his fourth night since he plans on extending his stayI said OKThe next day (11-**-14) I tried to contact him for payment all day and did not hear from himHe was due to make a payment by noon [redacted] came to the front desk at 6pm the day of the ***I was still at the deskI told him I was trying to contact him all day and needed to take care of these paymentsHe then proceeds to tell me that he doesn't have the $from the [redacted] and does not have the $for the ***I asked him if he has a credit card, he said yes but it wont be good until the next dayI told him we need to get paid, and that I already gave him two days to make paymentsI couldn't allow another day to go on without any payments, or at least a valid credit cardI asked him to check out since he can not pay usHe then checked outOn November ***, [redacted] came back to our hotel to and asked if he can stay at the hotel for two nightsI told him I would forgive the charges he owed us from his previous stay if moving forward he pays in advanceHe paid two nights in advanceAt checkout which is noon I tried to contact him for payment because he had stuff in his room and looked like he was going to stay another nightI couldn't get in contact with him, I left his things in his roomAnd changed his keys so that he can stop at the deskAt around 6pm that day, he came to the desk and said he wanted to stay another night but stated he didn't have the money and wouldn't be able to pay for the room until the next dayI told him that was not what we agreed on, and that he has to now check out and can no longer stay at this hotelThat is when he got nasty with meI did everything to accommodate him, unfortunately [redacted] was repeating what happened his previous stay by not paying for his room in advanceI did not get loud with him, and I did not disrespect him in any wayAll I wanted was to get paidI told him he has to leave, and he then said he needed to get into his room to get his thingsI gave him the key so that he can get his belongings and checkoutThis was at 6pm [redacted] went back to the room to get his things, and did not leave our hotel until after midnightThen a few days later, I was told by my front desk that [redacted] came back to the hotel to check in, and was told he could not stayThis is when he told my front desk that he is going to put in a complaint against [redacted] to the Revdex.comThis is was the last time we heard from him, until we received a letter
