The customers complain about the steak tips being to fattyNever heard that in yrswe sell 1200pds a weekNo problem we exchanged dishesThe Lady then eat half her chicken mealwhen they finished, waitress gave the billThen and only then did they complain they shouldn't have to
pay for chickenWhen I went over they said chicken wasn't good, serve 50pds of chic that day, I said well we already served you two meals and one you eat halfmind you also ate a appetizer and a salad plus half a mealThe man said where is the customer serviceI said we exchange your dishNow you want it for freeThe man said that isn't customer serviceThen told me I ***I reply I am a human being you have no right to talk to me like thatThen I swore at him, and told him we were her to serve him not be his servantjust cause your the customer doesn't give you the right to demean employeesAs far as settling this outside, outright lieWhat he is talking about was, I was at the front door when he left, He stared at me and left, I was there, at front door, cause that's where I WORK the front door!!!!!!!!!! yrs I never" settle anything outside" He wants his money back he ate his WHOLE mealThe lady ate half plus both had salads and a appPlease enough with free foodThe principal of the matter is they were threaten and demeaning and ate and want it for freeI don't want customer like that
