Flore African Hair Braiding

I went to Flores on February 26 and requested invisible braids which were $190. I paid $205 because I asked for a style. When I left I like my hair it was pinned up on the top and a ponytail in the back. Later on that night I'm getting ready for bed so I take my ponytail down so I can put my scarf on and when I rub my finger through my hair. I can feel so much of my hair which wasn't braided. I can provide pictures of that, so the next morning I call and talk o the owner who asks me to come back so she can fix it. I go back that morning around 9am or so and the owner wasn't there but another lady was. The lady asked what I didn't like about it said that was how it was suppose to look. So I told her my hair is not suppose to be out, a lot of my hair wasn't braided. Agreeing with me she started braiding some of the braids down so my hair won't show. 20 after she started the owner walked in and took a look at my hair and asked me to it in her chair and she started fixing my hair, she added some extra hair. While doing my hair the owner asks me how long I want to keep this style in so I answered a month, so she said next time I come back she will do it and give me half off the price. I asked her if she could do my style like it was when I came but she stated for me to wait two weeks and come back and not to was my hair at all. Once she finished adding a few braids, which took about 45mins. Before leaving she asks how much I pay the girl and tells me she owe me 15 because I wasn't suppose to pay for style its free the day you get braids, so I got my money and went home. While home my sister in law came by to see my hair and so she took done the ponytail and my hair was still not braided all the way through I was so upset because I missed school for her to fix my hair and its still not correct. I have to wear my hair in a ponytail at all times. So I called back and she tells me she is busy and booked this weekend and next week. I'm frustrated and this is so unfair.
