Problem:When I say lemon law what I'm talking about is the procedure that I am going throughThe first truck did go through the procedure of lemon lawNow when I talk about arbitration then that something differantThe first truck did not go through arbitration we settled before that happendWhat my complaint is that this process is taking to longI have been doing everything that needs to be doneI gave the dealer more then enough time to fix my truck and they can fix itI took the truck in march of for the same problemsAt that time I only had 6,miles on truck they pushed it to the side and said they couldn't hear itNow that its worst and they can hear it they can't fix itWhat's worst is they expect me to wait till February 15th to have some one else look at itThat is to long I know the dealer is working with manufacturer on this but I'm the dealer customerThey need to press issue harder and help get it resolved fasterI want what I paid 40,dollars forDesired Outcome: I'm now thinking I want my money back so I can take my business some where elseAfter the last reply from dealer it was just a reply to cover them selves

I ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THE COMPLAINT FROM MR*** *** ON HIS *** *** *** TRUCK. WE HAVE BEEN WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE MANUFACTURE ON THE REPAIR OF THIS VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURE HAS MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO SEND A TECHNICIAN TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE. AFTER THE
INSPECTION, THE MANUFACTURE WILL DETERMINE WHAT OPTIONS THERE ARE ON RESOLVING THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT
AS OF THIS WRITING, WE ARE NOT AWARE THE CUSTOMER FILING FOR THE HAWAII LEMON LAWIT IS MY UNDERSTANDING WE ARE WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE MANUFACTURE TO RESOLVE ANY REPAIR ISSUE
ON THE FIRST VEHICLE THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT WENT THROUGH THE HAWAII LEMON LAW, IT DID NOT. WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE MANUFACTURE, WE WERE ABLE TO TRADE THE CUSTOMER OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND INTO HIS CURRENT VEHICLE. THE TRADED VEHICLE HAS SUBSEQUENTLY BEEN SOLD AND WE HAVE HAD NO ISSUES SINCE THE SALE
I WILL FORWARD THE CUSTOMER'S DESIRED SETTLEMENT TO THE MANUFACTURER'S DISTRICT MANAGER HERE IN HAWAII AND AWAIT HIS RESPONSE

Now that its worst and they can hear it they can't fix it. What's worst is they expect me to wait till February 15th to have some one else look at it.
