What happened was an accident and in no way intentional It was human error and we simply made a mistake We apologized for the error and feel that we have been more than fair with both offers we have presented We were reasonable and make every effort to resolve the situation and it now feels as if we are being pressured into a lower price as the consumer has made multiple threats to report us unless we met their exact demands which are unreasonable At this point we would rather not do business because of these threats and all offers are now off the table We attempted to rectify the situation amicalbly and made two very fair offers to compensate for the lost time Thank you

Hello,I spoke *** [redacted] , a manager at Honda North and it appears the two of you spoke directly. It appears that the lease with American Honda states you are responsible for the mile overage and *** explained that to you again. Regarding the remaining payments, you only owed... 2 months, not 3 and Honda North cut a check to you for $332 to cover those 2 remaining payments. Hope this helps!

They are canceling the insurance product you purchased

To whom it may concern,***.com is a third party listing site and we can not be held responsible for typographical errors. All of our new inventory is listed at MSRP, as were all other same models, so this was an obvious error and not "advertising" as Mr *** states. We
certainly apologize for the error and it was in no way done to be misleading. It was a data entry error and unfortunately we can not honor the price as he requests.Thank you

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. ***.com is the not the party that listed the car, the dealership listed the car for the price postedWhen I can give you the stock number as well as the vin number to the car that one of their employees listed on cars.com then it was a car listed by Honda north, not by ***.comThe third party then becomes Honda northso again when I go into the dealership and they try to sell me another car for more money, that becomes bait and switch, and when I call American Honda and they pulled up off cars.com the same car that was posted for more than hours, at and they tell me my only recourse is to report the company to the Revdex.com then it becomes advertisement.

This complaint has been resolved and the customer is now satisfied.We sent the vehicle to the body shop and paid for all expenses to meet and hopefully exceed Mr*** expectations.If there is anything else needed to satisfy this complaint, please have Mr*** reach out to the General Sales
Manager, *** *** who helped Mr *** throughout this process.Again, we apologize for the delay in responding as I was not aware there were both reviews and complaints.Happy New Year and thank you!

***,This is a very suspicious, and possibly fraudulent transaction due to the following reasons;1. The model automobile that we purchased was represented and sold to me as a ***-EX-L. The VIN # that you provided to me comes back as a ***-EX. You knew this and lied about the misprint on the car registration form, as I previously stated.2. The agreed sales price for the alleged ***-EX-L amounted to $30, 734.00. Add in 6.25% sales tax ($1920.00), and the amount agreed to be paid becomes $32,for a ***-EX-L. This vehicle is a ***-EX.3. I made a down payment of $4000.00. The amount owed should now be $28, for a ***-EX-L, which the vehicle is not.4. The starting balance owed to *** Financial is $30,419.00. This is $1,more than what I agreed to pay for a ***-EX-L, which the vehicle is not.5. My monthly payments are $565.88. Over months, I will have paid $40,743.36. Add into that the $down payment that was never accounted for, and it amounts to me paying $44,for a Honda ***-EX which was represented as a Honda ***-EX-L, which it is notNo record of the finance calculations were ever provided to me. Show me the numbers ***! Explain the lies!

[redacted],We again apologize for the typographical error, but that is all it was.  It was not meant to be a bait and switch tactic or false advertising in any way.  It was obviously a mistake as all other cars listed are at MSRP.  This was clearly an error and we, as previously stated, can not be held responsible for a data entry or hosting error and will not sell the vehicle for that price.  We feel that we have expressed our apology and our position on this matter so hopefully no further explanation is needed.  Please accept our apology and let's move on from this.Thank you.
