Review: I ordered a meal from this restaurant for delivery on 12-12-14 at 8:07pm from [redacted]. Around 9:45pm I called [redacted] because my food had not arrived. [redacted] called the restaurant who told them that the driver would be at my apartment by 9:54pm. Now it is 10:30 and I call [redacted] back who reimburses me. I never received my food and wasted over 2 hours waiting for it. Today, 12-13-14, I called the restaurant to complain and the manager said he would call his driver and call me back. An hour later, no call so I went over to the restaurant. This restaurant is in a gas station, did not have a letter grade from the health department, and was filthy. Only the gas station attendant was there and informed me that the manager was out doing a delivery. I waited over an hour for the manager to get back. When he came back I told him who I was and that I was not happy with what happened. He gave me a sad story of how he was so busy last night and had to cancel orders. No one called me to cancel my order. He then went on about his his driver did deliver the food but gave it to someone else and that the driver was now fired. The only thing coming out of his mouth were lies.Desired Settlement: This restaurant needs to be shut down because of poor service and many health violations. The manager would give me any food for my suffering and wasted time.

Review: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!RUDE SAD EXCUSE FOR A "MANAGER" TOO, WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE HIS NAMEA $31 order including the tip turned into a $146 charge to my account over 4 charges, that I did not approve. Florencia's over charged the card that I used to purchase pizza while on vacation. Bought pizza one time with them, I used my card to purchase the pizza and the tip. Then a week later I find a charge that I did NOT approve for $36 and I just looked past it, whatever. Then when I get home from vacation I find another charge on my account that I did NOT approve for $78. That put it over the edge. I got my money back from the bank of course but how does a business run like that? I called them for about a week and a half trying to get a hold of a manager, left several messages, but I never received a call back. Today I call, have to jump through hoops just to get a hold of him, but I finally get to a manager. And he is so rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just excusing his business for what happened with, "I do not know what you're talking about","We didn't do anything", "We charge card once and that's it, then we no longer have the card number", "Your fault for using your card, you should have used cash" LIKE REALLY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Pretty much using every rude excuse in the book to justify his reasoning for why they did what they did. You will be sorry for ordering from them. I suggest you stay away from their business, it wasn't even that good of food either.Desired Settlement: I would love a refund from Florencia's, if the manager has enough gall to tell me that this is my fault and that I got the money back from the bank anyways and it's Florencia's that's losing out on money and business... Then I'd really like for them to lose out on money and business. Because my money will NEVER go to them again, and the way they handle their customer service issues, it's just disgusting.
