I spoke with a Dito R[redacted] after attempting to resolve a broken gate that the company installed. It was right after the storm so I assumed there was some water damage. I called the next day to see if someone could come out and take a look at the gate since it was attached to my store - which needed to be open for business. I was immediately greeted by Dito, who was rude, very unhelpful, and condescending. I asked several times if they could send someone out to take a look and he told me someone would call me back. Of course no one did. I called the next day, again greeted by the lovely (I say that very loosely) Dito who this time told me that it wasn't his problem because they were slammed with business.

Overall (w/o going into more of the unpleasant and highly unprofessional experience) they hounded me for my business when I wanted to install the gates, but are unwilling to provide the same consistent level of service when it comes to maintenance. I've also noticed that the front gate is really crooked, the installation was poor and bc of this the gate covers a large portion of the front of my store. It's a real eye sore.

Save yourself the hassle, even if it means paying a couple bucks more for better service and installation.
