Flores Air Conditioning and Heating

Called at 8:20 AM with a suspected dead indoor blower motor. They arrived within a half hour and had to repair finished in one hour replacing the dead motor. Both gentlemen were kind and professional. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Positive, friendly and quick! The Flores team that came out to replace my downstairs A/C unit and the upflow/fernace in the garage were awesome. We selected Flores A/C after receiving a few bids. Their bid was complete and explained the scope of work needed. They were in constant communication with us at every step of the process. They prefabricated the stands, elbow, return and other venting and electrical connections needed for our house (our house is over 70 years old). They arrived on time and were neat, orderly and efficient. They had measured our driveway and verified that a crane would not damage our driveway or parking area. The work was done quickly and did not disrupt our household. They patched the wall where the new thermostat did not cover gap from the old one. They swept our floors, and wiped our walls where they had worked (they didn't do our windows). They instructed us on how to set the new digital thermostat and also explained how to set and change our vents to get better air flow throughout the house. Needless to say, final cost equaled initial bid, including "other materials as needed", and a super bid it was! THANK YOU!!!

I called Flores Air Conditioning & Heating because a co worker recommended them. [redacted] gave me an estimate to replace my air conditioner and furnace. I did my research and obtained 3 additional estimates. I choose Flores based on price and satisfaction of my co worker's experience with his work.
A year after he wrote my estimate, I was ready to go ahead with the job. The original Trane unit wasn't available anymore, so he upgraded me to the current one for the same price.
[redacted] and his crew arrived 15 minutes early, worked quietly, were professional, considerate, obviously skilled technicians, cleaned up, and hauled all old material away. He estimated the job would take six hours and he was spot on!
I would absolutely recommend Flores to anyone who's looking for a referral. They are a small family owned business, that's honest, skilled, and reliable.

In a world of false "Great Deals" & "Hoopla", it was very refreshing to deal with Jorge F[redacted] of Flores A/C. He was very knowlable in A/C Product lines suited for our needs. They arrived on time and removed & replaced our two, 18 year old 2 ton roof units, in a quick & professional fashion. Flores A/C provided protection for any possible, vehicle. oil drip, damage to our brick court yard. We have given Flores A/C business cards to all of our friends. Many thanks for a fantastic job.
