Skytech searched our records and found no call log or warranty return for Mr. [redacted]. Skytech called Shoppers Choice to see what records they had on file. The following information was reported to us by Shoppers Choice:

It is not a good product. Their own rep I spoke to on the phone basically admitted as much. I want my money back. They are not correct in saying I did not speak to anyone after that about issues with the item. They are correct that I called first about the Mass compliance specifications which was prior to its installation by a professional into a space more than adequately suited for its use.
