Review: On the 7th of March, we hired Flores Cleaning Service to remodel a bathroom and refinish the hardwood floors in our home. I have no complaint or issues regarding the service done on the hardwood floors. My complaint is in regards to the remodeling of the bathroom. The contractors replaced the bathtub faucet in the upstairs bathroom and grouted the tiles in the bathroom. They also replaced the bathroom vanity and mirror. The job was completed on the 10th of March. On the 17th of March after a week of using the shower, the bathroom faucet stopped functioning. We called Flores Cleaning service and the contractors came to the house to replace the faucet on 22nd march. While the contractor was replacing the faucet, he broke the pipe which led to water gushing all over the floor into master bathroom. They ran downstairs to turn the water of and by this time, the water had soaked through the carpet and floors in the master bathroom. This happened twice as they tried to fix the pipe. The contractors went to hone depot to buy parts for the pipe that they broke and fixed the pipe and bathtub faucet. Before the contractors left, they used a hair dryer to try and dry the carpet in the master bathroom where the water from the broken piped had leaked. About four days later, we noticed that the ceiling in the downstairs living was leaking water in two different areas. We called the company again and they came on Sunday the 31st of March to fix the ceiling. The water from the ceiling had leaked on to the furniture, damaging the chair and rug. They drilled a hole in the ceiling to let the water drip down into a bucket. After about two hours, they patched the ceiling and left. On the 5th of April, the ceiling was leaking again. They contractors came out again on the 12th of April and did the same thing that they did on the 31st of March. On the week of the 14th of April, the ceiling continued to leak water, the contractors came on the 19th of April once the leaking had stopped to paint the ceiling because of the water/damage it had done to the ceiling. On the 26th of April, the day that I am filing this complaint. The ceiling started to leak again. It soaked through the chair and rug and it is still leaking. This is a result of the pipe bursting from the upstairs bathroom were they broke the pipe. It is leaking in the same spot as it usually does and we now have no confidence that they can resolve this issue. We are seeking a full refund of the amount we paid for $3,000. This is for the cost of us seeking another company to repair the damage that they have done. Labor and repair and materials/supplies necessary. We have the pictures to show the damage this has caused.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the $3,000 that was paid to Flores Cleaning Service for the additional damage caused by the services performed. We would need to seek another company to repair the damage caused. The problem has not been solved and the ceiling is still leaking.
