Flores Concrete

Review: On December 29, 2014, [redacted] came to the house to extend the driveway and also included demolition and disposal behind the fence. He broke the irrigation pipe behind the fence, he subsequently thought he repaired it. Upon leaving he asked for a full paymentand did not put the fence back as he mentioned. The concrete was wet and expected to drive within four weeks. All concrete dried except the area where the pipe was broken. I started to contact him in February and contacted him via cell phone, text, he only replied once when I told him I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. He stated he would come over in 2 days and never showed up. I called him over four times since then and he has never responded. I'm concerned that the concrete is wet and that there is a leaking pipe still underneath the concrete. This would be an insufficient completion of project with damage to your ignition pipe that was not repaired. All I want is it the project to be completed properly. I paid him $1400 on dec 29,2014. $50 remaining for putting fence back but he never showed rondo that either and in the meantime, concrete never dried.Desired Settlement: Fix the irrigation pipe and concrete along with replacing the fence they took down.
