Review: I hired [redacted]'s parents to clean my house and the first time they were here they broke a very expensive vase. They admitted that it was their fault and said they would be going down to Mexico in the next month and would get a replacement vase. I had the book '[redacted]', all about the history and where the vases are made (with a map in the book). This was back in July 2013 and I have gotten excuse after excuse why they haven't replaced the vase that they broke. They have not offered any other solution for reimbursement for the broken vase. I figured that replacement of the broken vase would be the easiest for them, which they agreed, but [redacted] keeps coming up with excuses these past 6 months.Desired Settlement: Since I have been overly patient with Erica, I would prefer a total refund. I have the receipt for the vase that I purchased 10/25/2012.
