Review: I brought a used bed frame and he told me it was ok and when I got home about three months later my bed and box spring is infested with bed bugs you can tell they came from the bedframe because the bedbug feces is only in each corner from the bed frame. and when I looked down in the bed frame there it was old spider webs mixed with dead and living bedbugsDesired Settlement: whole bed and boxspring and bedframe replaced since I got every thing from this place

Please be advised that I represent [redacted] New and Used Furniture and Appliances. Mr. [redacted] has asked that I respond to your letter to him dated November 6, 2013.
Mr. [redacted]‘ position is that all furnishings including bedframes are carefully inspected and treated before being resold.
The bedframe was sold on June 4th and apparently there was no complaint made until four and a half months later.
If there were bedbugs in the frame at the time of sale, the customer would have known about it well before October 21st.
