Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Everything I stated in my complaint is true If you check with [redacted] , the website where we found MrK***, they are investigating our complaint No one in our family was late for the wedding, only our officiant and he knew exactly where we were all waiting for him This just confirms that MrK [redacted] is a pathological liar It's sad that he blames my family and our guests for his shortcomingsAs for harassment; I have investigated some of MrK***'s tall tails and the business claims he makes I found out that he lied about many of his representations to us, so I wrote about him in a blog He threatened to sue me, I told him I would be happy to defend a slander suit with the truth, which is what I wrote about him So far, his attorney has not contacted me and I doubt his attorney will contact the Revdex.com either He's the typical pathological liar, when exposed, he tries to deflect the truth MrK [redacted] likes to threaten with an attorney As I mentioned in the first paragraph, MrK***'s denial that he was late for our wedding just confirms that he is a liar Everyone in our wedding party and all our guests know he was late and they also have suspicions about why his eyes were red and why he was slurring his words It has nothing to do with his emotional state, but it did appear that he was in an altered state.Our hope is that he will get help for his pathological lying As for me, I am still receiving information related to claims he made to us and on his websites I will continue to write the truth MrK [redacted] is free to have his attorney contact me As for law enforcement, I'm happy to say that I live in American where my first amendment right to publish my blogs that expose MrK***'s lies are protect by the law I did contact the Honolulu Police Department and asked if they have any complaints against me No one there could locate any complaint I suggest that the Revdex.com should also contact the Honolulu Police Department to confirm MrK***'s claim Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] and Mahalo for this follow up, this is the first I've seen of this issue with Revdex.com, although this "person" has been harassing me on many venues and I apologize for you having to spend your priceless time with this baseless accusation.This is Paul K***!I did no business with this person under " [redacted] ", only as a licensed marriage officiate of the State of Hawaii License Number [redacted] and have conducted over two dozen very successful weddings with everyone giving me FIVE-STAR ratings at [redacted] where I am listed at [redacted] [redacted] called me personally to compliment me on my response to this nuttjob and I wrote it along with my legal to not relinquish any ongoing civil/criminal liability this person has for his harassmentWhich includes this harassment through Revdex.com as a third-partyThis is an Internet stalker and someone who is illegally using the internet to harass meI'm sorry to bother youHonolulu Police Department or the FBI may be in touch with you as I have to now file a formal complaint for this escalating actionI did marry him and his wife and was was stuck in hawaii traffic once and was on time for his wedding, looking for him and the place where they were going to be which wasn't where he originally told me but over by the far east part of the Hilton Hawaiian Village beach which is known for being expansive, his family started late, not me...also my eyes were teary/red/I stuttered when I was mis-informed as to who would have one of the rings and because after meeting his amazing wife and learning of her cancer survival story and having a beam of sunlight breaking through the clouds at a perfect moment, he can hold that against me for seeing the beautyAnd he not only gifted me the agreed amount he promised, but gave me an unsolicited tip, which negates his complaint as well as puts a perfect frame around this person's unstable demeanorHe scares us and is escalating his actions with no end in sight nor do we want to imagine at what lengths he's going to go...ergo involvement of the Law Enforcement.Due to my high [redacted] score, over I have many followers on social media, he wanted to use me to solicit investors for an internet project, but after seeing how he works and his inappropriate behavior and unprofessional reactions early on, I told him I would not solicit any of my friends, associates or followers...then he threatened me with allegations, harassed may friends and associates/including you at Revdex.com...just to spite me for not participating in his business dealSince he is doing this across state lines and utilizing the Internet to do most of his harassment I was told by my legal to contact FBI as well as the Honolulu Police Department and of course the police and federal law enforcement near his home in Plano, TX at [redacted] It may take some time to hear from law enforcement if they feel they need to communicate with you on top of this documentation I'll share with them, but please keep my file handy for themI appreciate your cooperation and pray this "person" doesn't get mad at Revdex.com and attack you too.Please feel free to call me at [redacted] so we can chat about additional information I'd prefer not to document without chatting with the Law Enforcement and my legal[redacted] is a marketing wholesale/retail goods/services dba of mine that has nothing to do with this "person's" dealing with me as he admits in his rant/complaint.Mahalo!Live ***,Paul

With respect to part one of your request for clarification; If you read my original complaint that is very clear, but I will state it again for you When we left our luncheon days before the wedding, we were standing in sight of the Duke Kahanamoku Beach where the wedding was to take placethe beach for which we had purchased insurance and a beach wedding permit MrK*** indicated that he was very familiar with the beach; in fact he said he had performed ceremonies on it before We agreed to meet on that beach at 3:45PM for a PM wedding MrK*** told us as he left the luncheon, "I will be early." We thought he would allow for traffic and parking on our wedding day, especially since he was minutes late for the luncheon and blamed that on traffic and parking He arrived on the beach at 4;after I had placed or calls trying to locate him.With respect to his "altered state" appearance; it was noticeable to others in our wedding party He did stumble over his wordshis eyes were bloodshot(not from tears as he suggests) The bloodshot eyes were visible upon his arrival He lost his place a couple of times in the ceremony One of those times, he was about to pronounce us husband and wife and I had to remind him that Jan had not placed the ring on my finger There were people who knew we started late because our officiant wasn't there All of those people were standing on the beach waiting for him to arrive, while I tried to call him to ask where he was To blame the late start on my family is just ludicrous on MrK***'s part I will be happy to ask the guests to provide statements if you want them, but what will you do with them? Will you make those statements a part of the public record?
