Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Flori advised me on various dates throughout three weeks that the blockage in my pipe could not be cleared with the snaking they performed in the clean out located inside my basement and that I would need to install a clean out outside the house in order to clear the lineIt is true I did not have the funds for the clean out installation outside nor would my home warranty cover any repairs made to the outsideThere was not a blockage at ft as was advised by the Flori technician because the plumber I hired through the advice of a friend did not clear the line and receive accurate water flow through my pipes until 90ftI personally watched the plumber perform the entire process to clear the line and I no longer have any issues causing water or sewage building up in my basementIf that is not fixing the problem that Flori was called to my residence to fix then something is clearly wrongAside from the fact that unnecessary time and money was wasted doing business with Flori, the receptionist whom I conversed with when trying to get some answers and come to a fair resolution, was disrespectfully rudeYawning and laughing while I was expressing my discontent over not receiving a call back from my call on Monday as wellAs far as she is concerned, I have never had such poor customer serviceObviously Flori does not think customer service an important aspect of their business and the secretary must not feel there are consequences for not treating a customer with respectI will never use Flori again and will advise anyone of their poor service if their company name should ever be brought up in conversationI believe an apology and my unnecessary payment of $should be refundedOne plumber fixed the same problem in 1hr that Flori failed to fix at all after three trips to my house and costing me an extra $only to provide inaccurate information Sincerely, [redacted]

We have used Flori for all of our home maintenance needs In the last year, they have replaced a hot water heater for us, worked on our kitchen sink, and recently we did a total a/c furnace unit new install Up until this last install we have had no issues with Flori at all When we called them to get an estimate, we asked them since we have the maintenance agreement, do we get a discount on install? The technician said that they would "look into it for us," and never got back with us It was degrees outside so we told them to go ahead and start the work After the new install, our system works flawlessly, however I called and asked them a few weeks later if they were going to send us a bill and what kind of discounts did we get for our maintenance agreement They sent me the bill with no discounts at all Keep in mind this bill is over $5, We have a current service agreement with them and if you look at the advertisement on their website, that service agreement entitles you to 10% off a total installation on new units We have the full amount to pay them, but they refuse to give us the discount of 10% even though they know we have the service agreement and it CLEARLY advertises this discount on the website They told us that to get the discount we have to ask for it up front (even though they have record we have the service agreement) and even though we did, we can't prove that we asked the technician for it and furthermore, you SHOULDN'T HAVE TO You have the service agreement, you advertise 10% off a new install with a service agreement--you should honor what you advertise Even though prior to this we had a good working relationship with them, we will never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone based on the morality of how they handled our business

We responded to a call but working for her insurance company called *** *** *** under her contract. Her sewer main at her home is no more than feet. Her insurance company would not pay for the repairs outside of the home foundation nor the camera locate. She was
short of funds to pay for the work needed to be done. There was no way that the blockage could have been feet out per other company due to the site location. We advised her that the sewer main will still need to be replaced since it has not been fixed by other company. We decline the $refund due to the fact that we did what was authorized by her

I hired Flori to check my pipes and was charged $service fee for water flow in basementThey had to come out again to try and fix They said that they needed to run a camera down the pipe to check for blockage I paid them $to do this and they said that the blockage was at feet and inches and was the city's problem The city came out and flushed the pipe at the feet and did not find any blockageAt a friend's recommendation, I went with another company and they snaked the pipe to feet and found issue and blockage was cleared I paid him $and now have good flow in pipeI called Flori to report that the pipe was cleared and requested at least a $refund for the camera visit since it was not necessary and did not correctly indicate the problemI was treated very poorly by the company when I made this request.  Throughout this entire experience, I had to contact Flori at all times.  This came to be over a week ordeal since Flori lacked any respon

There was not a blockage at 35 ft as was advised by the Flori technician because the plumber I hired through the advice of a friend did not clear the line and receive accurate water flow through my pipes until 90ft. I personally watched the plumber perform the entire process to clear the line and I no longer have any issues causing water or sewage building up in my basement. If that is not fixing the problem that Flori was called to my residence to fix then something is clearly wrong. Aside from the fact that unnecessary time and money was wasted doing business with Flori, the receptionist whom I conversed with when trying to get some answers and come to a fair resolution, was disrespectfully rude. Yawning and laughing while I was expressing my discontent over not receiving a call back from my call on Monday as well. As far as she is concerned, I have never had such poor customer service. Obviously Flori does not think customer service an important aspect of their business and the secretary must not feel there are consequences for not treating a customer with respect. I will never use Flori again and will advise anyone of their poor service if their company name should ever be brought up in conversation. I believe an apology and my unnecessary payment of $100 should be refunded. One plumber fixed the same problem in 1hr that Flori failed to fix at all after three trips to my house and costing me an extra $100 only to provide inaccurate information.
