In my talks with FARR, I had numerous conversations and/or texts with individuals, President and CEO Mr*** ***, along with Mr*** *** and Ms*** ***, with whom I first addressed my grievance, in late April Yet, I have not received any genuine resolution to this matter More specifically, it seems they are intentionally obfuscating things and, in general, ignoring my concerns To this point, Ms***, despite supporting my grievance and furthermore informing me she has also received other complaints about this company, has inexplicably failed to return any message I have left her At the same time, Mr*** has been equally, unreliable and seemingly dishonest, promising

My daughter passed away in a FARR certified living house on 9/7/My daughter was not found in her room until early evening on 9/9/Mr*** owner and operator of the house, prides himself on the electronic tracking of residents as well as monitoring/enforcing attendance at meetings 1-2x's each dayThis is currently an open case with JBSOMr*** stated to me when I questioned him about monitoring my daughter, yet she was found in her room days after her death, that he "assumed" she got paid and went out drinking with her boyfriendI did not know my daughter was missing because Mr*** never notified me or her fatherWe find out from a detective that she is no longer aliveHowever, Mr*** did pursue rent payments for my daughter to stay and insisted that they be paid as a donation through his ministry
I have submitted grievances to but have heard nothing from anyone in any position with FARR
