customers car was over the miles for new York state warranty but car was serviced and we paid some of the service bill what else can we do?

she can call the warranty company directly a [redacted] an speak to customer service an have them mail a copy of what was mail to usthank you

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I called several times between the day warranty and complained about the noise coming from the engine and transmissionI was given the run around several times and told that it was several different things, such as the tires spinning because the ground was wet or that the tires were new and the revving sound was normalThe car made these noises when I purchased it and the fact that the door handle was snapped off when I bought it meant hat my inspection should have never happened according to progressive and their photo identification picture that I was required to do just days after my car was purchasedI was told that the amount of rust on the wheel bearing it well over months old, which is how long I have been in possession of the carIt needs to be fixed along with the steering system that has been making noise since day 1, which I informed tower auto sales of but was never given the go ahead to bring it up there or to *** to be fixedThese mistakes and problems were not my fault, they were simply neglect of the car while in tower auto sales care and it needs to somehow be fixedThe vehinclw is not safe in any way or form and to fix the steering system I was quoted $just for the parts and not even labor, which is not even my fault.

this car was deliver on 11/09/it came with a thirty day or 1,miles limited warranty. this has expired as of 12/09/16. his complaint was send to you in june of

I was issued a day warranty when I purchased the car and was told any issues would be fixed it's not my problem they issued me itYes my car
was serviced and was not fixed properlyThe temp gauge still does not work, check engine light is back on, power steering pump still whining and now the axel boot is torn since getting it back from being repairedOnly the issues I was responsible to pay for that shouldn't have been issues in the first place were taken care of none of the issues covered by warrantyWho would purchase a car with bad motor and transmission mounts on top of all the other issues that arose after days of owning itIf tower auto was not so negligent with their service and sales this car would have never been for sale on the lot or passed inspection in the condition I received it in.Regards, *** ***

we have send the  customer request to the warranty company.  they have told us that the warranty can only be cancelled for ins. loss or a repo.  we are trying to see if we can get them to over turn there rules. that is what is taking so long.

if she or her husband can contact us and give us a copy of the bill for the battery. we will deal with it. thanks

customer would not return are calls until we send her a notice that she would be charge storage for her car that she left here.  we  did not know what she wanted to do.we could not hold car for indeffintly.
