This company does not stand behind their product. I ordered two $59 batteries for my automated shade, and after a few months the batteries died. In the past, these batteries have lasted me almost 3 years. I don't know whether they sold me used batteries or defective ones. When I called the company, [redacted] gave me a hard time at first, but then agreed to replace the batteries free of charge. Yet, I never received new ones. After several phone calls, messages left, and emails to them, I still have gotten no response, and no new batteries. I would never do business again with a company that does not stand behind their product.
Florida Automated Shades is a new Somfy distributor for our business. They were contacted on a Thursday morning for a product we needed URGENTLY. Abel took the order, contacted Somfy, placed the order directly, & arranged for the Priority Next Day Delivery. FedEx delivered our order by Friday 10 AM. It doesn't get much better than that!!
