Very positive first experience with Florida Bathtub Refinishing. Quote was obtained during initial phone inquiry with no variance during or at project completion, appointment was promptly scheduled for 2 days later and reconfirmed by phone the day prior, technician arrived as scheduled (actually 30 minutes early!), surface prep and surrounding area protective barriers were completed with attention to detail, finished product (tub & tile resurfacing/reglazing) looks amazing! Entire process from initial phone inquiry to follow-up phone call received after project completion was very pleasant and professional. Riojana was very friendly and informative and provided excellent customer-service throughout the process. Two of my neighbors have already seen the finished product and intend to use this company for similar services as well. Experience was completely hassle and headache-free. Highly recommended!
