Our HOA has Florida Cable and their service is poor Unfortunately they just signed a new long term contract with them last year Florida Cable was supposed to run fiber optics direct to each house by March 31, Now their estimated completion date is March 31, 2015! It is unbelievable Meanwhile we've made at least calls for service in the past year Since November some of our channels are snowy, they fixed it once for one day, then it went right back to snowy pictures Last time a tech came out, he said he could not fix it, it needs something dug up The next day got a call from them to confirm our problem was fixed! We informed them it was not fixed Have not heard anything further from them We called them this morning and have been on hold over a half hour Also they rarely set up appointment times to fix things, they just appear at your door If you are not home, you are out of luck
