Dear Revdex.com of New Jersey,I have attached a file in response to the complaint received.Thank you, [redacted] **

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The vendor's facts are inaccurate. The problems with the doors, with the exception of the safety photo beams,
pre-dated Hurricane Sandy and we told the vendor that when he called. In fact, when the Hurricane took place on October 29, 2012, we had another service appointment scheduled with *** Doors but deferred that appointment since we could not live in our home until just a few weeks ago due to storm damage. The problems started almost immediately after installation of the two new doors. The vendor has made several service calls already. They have set up our two vehicles on multiple occasions to interact with one or both doors. Shortly after setting up the vehicles, the doors would once again not operate using the vehicle controls. Further, the doors do not always open or close using either the number pad outside each door or the push button inside the garages. When Mr*** called me last week, he did what he is prone to do on the phone Bellow continuously. I told him I was perfectly happy to pay to repair the safety photo beams but the rest of the problems have been constant since original installation. It should be pointed out that while the vendor claims we have changed vehicles that my wife and I own the exact same vehicles that we had when these doors were installed in 2011, a Chevy Suburban and a Toyota Highlander, both maroon in color. While the vendor claims the warranty is only on the motor and belt, state law requires that there be a warranty for serviceability for the purpose intended. Since the vendor apparently agreed prior to Sandy that they were responsible to fix the problems and, in fact, made several repair visits to my home, I expect them to fix the original problems. On at least one of the prior service visits, the vendor replaced ther "boards" in the units. The repair visit that was interrupted due to Hurricane Sandy was also to replace the "boards" and to perform other repairs. So the matter remains that I have continuing problems with both doors including the safety photo beamsThe safety photo beams I will willingly pay for and told the vendor in between bellows. I expect him to fix the rest of the problems and reprogram the vehicles as part of his sale price.Thank you
