Attempting to get the account number issue straightened out in order to manage account online. Have tried a number of time waiting 30-60 min to talk to someone. On continuous hold again for 30 min. Finally hung up at 10:20A. I have things to do. So frustrating.

They have changed account numbers and I've attempted on several occasions to log in to the online account management. FCG does not recognize the social security number associated with the account. I've tried to reach FCG to rectify and remain on continuous hold for 30-60 mins each and they do not provide the option for a call back. It's impossible to talk to a someone. Service is current by sending checks, but would rather manage account online, but it's impossible.
