This Company is a joke. In the summer 2016, we were looking at windows and doors replacements, I visited the showroom to see the products and there was no one knowledgeable enough to give me information, it was agreed that a representative would to call me to make an appointment. Having no response, I called the showroom on a saturday, the person who answered promised me that they would leave a message for someone to return my call the following Monday. Never heard from them, we placed our order with another company in Delray, this was a $10000 sale. This year in January 2017 we are looking at replacing 3 sliders, 1 window and our entry door with sidelight. I wanted to give them another chance and requested an appointment via their website, I never heard from anyone. It is now January 24th and we are in the process of placing orders for $15000. I don`t think these people want business, they spend money on advertising but don't return calls. Go figure.....
