I booked a condo with this rental company for March 21-28. I am unable to go because of the Covid 19. I can't get a refund or a reschedule.
I booked a condo with this company for myself and 3 grandchildren. Due to the Covid 19 virus. Our government is advising us to stay home. My own state has all schools, restaurants, bars, state agencies closed down. I explained all of this to the company. They won't let me reschedule or cancel. I think this an act of God and should be special circumstances. I am out close to $3000. Please help me.
I just want a refund or allowed to reschedule. It's an act of God that prevents me from going.
I turned this over to my bank and the bank got them to reverse the charges. Thank you so much for trying to help.
