February 27, 2020 Florida Elite Soccer Academy withdrew from the Boys U19 2001/02 B Elite Oakleaf Wells Fargo bank account $1,450.00 to be used for 3 boy's registrations to play soccer this season. Each boy deposited $150.00 and a parent donated $1000.00 so that the boys could play. The boy's played one game and the season was ended. No player cards issued and the boy's were never registered. If the club had registered the boy's there would be player cards and they would be posted on the Gotsoccer website. There are no player cards and they are not on the Gotsoccer website. Florida Elite Soccer did nothing but take the money. April 2, 2020 I sent an email to the club explaining that the boy's are to old to play the next season. The parent is requesting their money returned and that the funds be returned to the Oakleaf team bank account. June 16, 2020 I received an email from the club stating "They are aware of your specific situation and details." and that "I will keep you posted". " I will send this to the committee for review." June 29,2020 I requested the refund again and received an email back that they were checking with account services on the status. July 13, 2020 I requested the refund again. July 20, 2020 I emailed the club and requested that they communicate with me. Also that I would be contacting the Revdex.com. I have heard nothing since June 29, 2020.
This is not our company. This is another soccer club in town.
The payment at issue in this complaint was made as a club donation to cover soccer expenses of three players. Florida Elite Soccer Academy is a 501 (c)(3) organization and the donated funds cannot be returned to the club's bank account because the team is no longer in existence. Thus, the donation was placed in the Soccer Hardship Scholarship fund to be used for future players requiring financial assistance. *** clearly stated that this was a donation. In addition, *** still has an outstanding balance of $870 with the club that is over 9 months past due.

I am rejecting this response because: The donation can not be considered a club donation because it was clearly intended to be used for the three players on the Oakleaf team only. There has never been communication to the club identifying the intent to make a club donation. The club has no justification to egregiously use funds without approval of the funding source. Since the $1450.00 that was taken from the teams bank account for the three player's expenses for a single game would be an obscene calculation of expenses. I am again requesting that the club return the funds intended for the player's season. If the team no longer exist the bank account still does. The club withdrew the funds the club can deposit the funds or the boys and the parent will accept a check.

I had my daughter *** signed up for competitive soccer. However, before the season started I expressed disgust with unsafe field conditions, management, poor communication, and lack of professional appearance in the Oakleaf competitive program. The director immediately removed my daughter from the program before the season started and stated I'd receive a full refund. I've attached that email below plus the receipt of the charges I've paid to date that totaled 469.46 dollars.

I've received a refund in full from FL Elite. I consider this close and thanks for the assistance in this manner.
I signed my daughter up for recreational soccer in the Oakleaf Club and suppose to start on 8/19. In July, the club directed me to purchase a new recreational uniform kit for 75.00. On top of that, I paid 138.37 for recreational registration bringing my total cost to 213.37. On 8/19, the day the season suppose to start was the 1st notification I received from the club that only 6 players returned from the previous season and don't have enough players to form a team. I sent two separate emails requesting a refund but as usual no one returns emails from the club. Regardless, I demand my 138.37 returned immediately and due to poor leadership and communication I'd like reimbursement for my recreational kits I was told to purchase that now I have zero use for since the whole program collapsed.
