I did come to the location to perform a replacement of the deadbolt on the front door.on intital contact of the customer it was a struggle to make contact due to the poor cellular reception in the customers area.the number I was provided consistently went straight to voicemail and we had a
discussion about that issue face to face.upon further conversation the customer and I came to the conclusion that the door should be replaced after I already performed some basic repairs to the lock and frame.I discounted the service for them since the repairs would only partially fix their domestic issue.I asked them if just the service call sounded fair and they agreed completelyThat was only part one of the job.part two was replacing the door and I agreed to assist in that process as it’s not normally something that I do I asked if they could give me a week to find a door that fits into the current frame.unfortunly during that week I became ill and had a death in the family that I had to deal withI tried returning their calls but was faced with the same straight to voicemail issue.after a week had passed and after multiple attempts of me trying to call with the call going straight to voicemail I gave up on trying to contact the customer and they gave up on trying to contact meThe three times they called me it was unfortunly poor timing as I was preoccupied with my family matter.I am deeply sorry this turned out the way that it did and if the customer feels they are owed the service call back I will gladly refund the $they paid.I do strive to provide excellent service to each customer and when I left the location they were very satisfied and happy with the repairs and advice I gave them.I believe this issue comes down to not being able to properly communicate
