01-26-18 Denis stated the process takes 8 weeks, Denis didn't want to talk to me anymore and referred me to Jeffrey and ask me to call the office
02-06-18 Still waiting for material
02-07-18 Denis told me to call his boss Jeffrey
03-02-18 I texted Denis , Still waiting for my roof to be replaced, No one answer the phone , no explanation, no courtesy call....
Finally towards the end of March my roof was replaced and the remaining balance of $5,100 was paid
***11-07-18*** We had heavy rain in Poinciana, FL. My garage was flooded. I sent pics and video to Gustavo.
02-07-19 Texted Gustavo again about my roof leaking , He gave me the number for Fernando to call and schedule an appointment.
02-11-19 Had an appointment with Fernando , No Show, No courtesy call
02-18-19 Fernando came , took pics of my roof and he pointed out in the pic that
1) The ridge vent need nails
2) The nails on my roof , some of them were not sealed
3) The flashing were bent, which cause the leak in my garage.
03-20-19 Gustavo was very irate with me, stating " The hurricane void the warranty, check state law" I reminded him the contract state 2 years warranty on their work, At which point he gave me the number for Ronald, to call and schedule an appointment.
03-20-19 Texted Ronald of the days I'm available, 03/25 , 03/26 , 03/28 , 04/02 , 04/03 , 04/04
No call, No response, No show for any of those dates
04-07-19 After months and months of lack of sleep, Due to worrying about my roof. I called Gustavo early Sunday morning around 6am. This man was screaming at me saying " *** you disturb my wife and my private life " After this incident I started to communicate to the owner Michael
06-05-19 I texted the owner ( Michael ) and Gustavo, That there is heavy rain and my attic has a lot of water and the issue is still not resolved and the warranty is 2 years and I expect them to honor the warranty. Michael replied with a " thumbs up and will do "
06-07-19 Michael stated to me by text that I am on a list
06-13-19 Valery *** was supposed to come repair my roof, No call, No show from him either
Per Gustavo, I have an appointment for 06-17-19 with Valery ***. We will see.....In the mean time my attic have mold and rotting........

We fixed .chage panel flashing seal and new shilges

Horrible all-around experience. Wrong colored shingles delivered twice. Roofers abandoned the job half way through. After three weeks of a half-done roof, I had to hire someone else to finish the job. Had to move 30 bundles of wrong colored shingles they left sprawled on my yard for over two weeks. I'm still picking up nails and trash in my yard they left. They damaged my screen that encloses my garage with tar from the old shingles. And after all that, Michael H wanted to hassle with me about the price. One of his goons even threatened to put a lien on my house. I'm sure he'll come back and reply saying it was all our sales rep's fault, and that he fired him, but a lot of the issues had to do with performance and customer service. Don't expect a call back from them either...unless YOU owe them money. They don't even deserve one star, but I didn't know if I could leave it blank.

In regards to this customer Christine P it is unfortunate that people with access to the internet will leave a bad review when they can not get what the want. We informed this customer that our supplier while making the delivery delivered the wrong pallet of shingles which the supplier did correct. As many may know that due to the hurricane season due to the supply and demand having materials redelivered took some time but was addressed. As roofers this is something that is out of our control. Upon delivery we made sure that the roof was done as a priority due to the supplier error. In regards to any damaged we gave this customer a discount of $1250.00 to rectify any issues that needed repair, which was more that sufficient. When Mrs Poe called our office we explained in detail what was going on and how we were going to proceed it was very unfortunate that when speaking with her she was very irate and wanted to hear something other than what we explained to her. She stated that she would not pay and we are a business and we are here to make money and make sure that we make a profit and just like any customer that does not want to pay we do impose a lien to make sure that any outstanding balance is addressed. We take our business very serious and when any customer threatens not to pay we inform them of our legal process at it was explained to Mrs P.

In summary we addressed all issues customer was compensated accordingly the home passed the county inspection. We did our due diligence as a company the takes pride in what we do.

The replacement of my roof wasn't done correctly.
On November 4th, 2017 I signed a contract with Olympic Roofing. They start the job at December 14, 2017 and next day they didn't show up to work without notice and leaving some areas on the roof with no cover. They show up the third day leaving two employees without experience, without supervision and missing materials such as underlayment papers and shingles and tools such as cutters to finish the roof and they "finish" around 9:00pm lighting the area with a cellphone light. Next day I noticed a lot of imperfections like areas with no underlayment, some corners of the roof broke, the cuts weren't straight, shingles were not glue properly in some areas, the drip edge incorrectly, missing shingles in some areas and nails on top of the shingles. The salesman called asking for the final check and affirm that the county approve the roof on January 2, 2018. I met manager Jefrey in his office, he was very disrespectful, arguing and yelling but after I showed photos he accepted that the roof wasn't replace properly. He also told me that the person he hired to do the job had more issues with other customers. After that OLYMPIC ROOFING tried to repair the roof six times in different areas. I required the supervision of the manager in charge and he never show up at those times. I always gave them the chance to repair the roof but everytime I and also his employees find new areas that need to be fix. I keep calling the manager Jeffrey and he threaten me couple times to put a lean on my house but the county told me to don't pay until the roof is properly done. At those times I asked them to redo my roof completely because there is too many mistakes and even the roofers by their experience told me the roof wasn't done correctly and will leak. I tried to contact them for almost two months and they finally showed up on April 28th,2018. The manager Jeffrey came to my house and told me he will replace all the drip edge around the house, fix the areas in the roof that are wrong, bring the paper from the county that certified the underlayment was inspected and approved. Also, we agreed when the roof is properly completed the County will inspect it again. We also made a deal that he would do the roof of the shed instead of fixing the corners they broke around the house. The employee showed up to do the shed and told that he don't had orders to do more areas, failing to the deal we had. Saturday 12, 2018 we notice the roof was leaking because of a light rain. The manager said he would showed up but again, he send another worker the next day. I called the manager Jeffrey and request his supervision and again he was aggressive, threaten me with a lean on my house and accusing me of refusing to pay. I called the owner, Michael, and expressed my frustration with the whole situation and request a new roof replacement and he said that was impossible. They send the roofer to inspect my house and the roofer saw the leak and when he went to the roof he found that area wasn't done correctly. I had photos to prove that my roof wasn't done correctly and it is not fair that I have to pay for a roof that was repaired more than six times and is still not done properly. Is more than six month since we sign the contract.

Desired Outcome

I want Olympic Roofing to replace my roof again and do it correctly this time and with roofers that have experience and supervision.

Good day!

This is the second reply in regards to the customer. This customer is looking to not to pay which he currently owes us $5175 we did the shed for free.

Please note as we stated previously the county inspection passed as well.

If customer *** is not only trying not to pay but trying to defame our company and we are about to start the process of imposing a lien on his property. As we have given him ample time to make payment.

I never say I don't want to pay. But I want my roof done correctly. I have pictures to prove the roof is not done. I talk to the county and they told me to don't pay until the roof is done and then call them for a second inspection. I repeat I have pictures of all the repairs and leaks and the areas that still need to be fixed. I give your companie a lot of time and they don't even call Me! I'm not trying to difame your companie, I just want my roof done and I pay you the rest like We agree. Here is only 2pics of areas that are not done, they dont put the vent for the dryer, and the other one is the prove of the water leak but I have more. I repeat, I just want my roof done if You want to end this problem call me , send your roofers to fix the areas that need to be done and You will get your money.

Olympic Roofing replaced the entire roof of my home on 3/29/16. The approximate cost of the replacement was $18,000.
The roof began leaking about 2-3 months after the new roof was installed. We called and they came and stated they fixed it. The roof has continued to leak every time we have heavy rain. We have called them many times to repair the roof. It is difficult to reach someone to explain our issues.
The roof is still leaking to date.

did not give us $18,000. He in fact gave us $17,107.98 and was refunded $2099.26. For the $17,107.98. Mr. received a complete re roof with a free up grade to a laminate 30 year shingle from the 20 year his insurance paid him for.Also we have sent repairmen twice to his home ,without charge, to satisfy his threats of complaining so to hurt Olympic Roofing. For the $15008.72 fee Olympic Roofing re roofed , new gutters, painted inside his home, and fixed his metal patio roof. His insurance company gave him over $18000 for the repairs that we did for $15,008.72. Since completion back in march 2016 his area has had one hail storm, two wind storms one of tropical winds, and in September 0f 2017 we had a hurricane Irma, Either one of those 4 storms voids any warranty by all roofing companies. NOTE: Mr *** still owes his $1000 deductable.
