I purchased approxfeet of 5' PVC fencing with gates from the previous owner of Florida Fence in October of The fence was installed correctly with the exception of one of the posts securing one of the gates The gates posed a problem which the original owner was unable to rectify (one of the posts had been installed slightly out of alignment causing the hardware on the gates to suffer tension which caused the securing screws to pull out of the PVC, making it impossible to open or close the gate Multiple calls were not returned I finally received a reply from the new owner who indicated that he would repair anything that was wrong with the previous owner's work That was when the nightmare began The new owner was rude, insulting, evasive, and extremely uncooperative He even sent his workers over to my home after 5:in the evening without letting me know they were comingI was visiting a neighbor across the street at the time They removed my front gate and replaced it with a gate that was not intended to be in that location The gate they removed contained a padlock which I operated to open and close the gate When I returned home, I could not get into my property because of the new gate that wasn't there when I left for a couple of hours I had just had hip replacement surgery and was unable to climb over the 5' gate to let myself back in, so I had to spend the night at the neighbors house and borrow two ladders in the morning to enable me to climb over and get into my house This would be similar to someone removing your front door and locking you out of your own house when you're not home I was livid, obviously We were forced to live with this bad gate for several weeks before the owner would agree to come and finish the repairs correctly It wasn't until I threatened to file a Revdex.com complaint that they finally did come out and fixed some of the issues, but there is still a lot of damage which they have not fixed to the gate and post which is still out of alignment and full of holes where they tried to re-fit the hardware without success I have never done business with such a shoddy and irresponsible company in my life AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - ITS IN YOUR BEST INTERESTS NOT TO HIRE THEM
