To whom it may concern:Thanks for the feeback, but we do not  sell old  or spoiled food.  Everything is made fresh in house and to order.  Our hours of operation are 11am-10pm and on the day of August 5, 2015 there was no need to inform Mr/Ms [redacted] that we were out of anything...

because we stay fully open and stocked for business as our business hours indicate.  we do not close at   9:40, 9:45 nor  9:50.  We close as 10 pm and mr/ms [redacted] were accommodated with fresh food as if it were 11am. Often times customers do not see all the behind the scenes intangibles that are orchestrated solely to satisfy the customer which is a total appreciation for the customer in itself.  we must be able to look at the totality of the situation in critique as we grow in all areas that need work. To critique things that do not exist helps no one and damages our business with false accusations.    Mr/Ms [redacted] failed to mention that they did not dine in our establishment.  they took their order to go.   We do not know what they consumed before entering our establishment, we also do not know what  they did with their order and how long it took them to eat their order or whether or not their food was left in the car or out and at what temperature.  we shall not be held responsible for their methods once they have left our establishment.  On August 5, 2015 we sold 25 orders of jambalaya pasta.  we did not get one complaint or accusations of food poisoning.  The jambalaya sauce is not made with seafood  but grilled shrimp is added to the entrée after the pasta is tossed in the cream sauce. the only seafood that the entrée would contain is the shrimp that it would be topped with. On that day, we also sold 10 orders of add on shrimp a la carte, 3 grilled shrimp poboys, 15  fried shrimp poboys, 15 fried shrimp dinners, 5 shrimp caesar salads, 20 seafood gumbos, and had not 1 complaint on any off temp food or food poisoning.  Beaucoup Bar & Grill at all hours has 1 if not 2 managers on duty at all hours of operation at all times.  Our management team is employed to manage and run the restaurant and withhold good business practices.  Our team  is employed, expected, and respected to carry out these job functions.  mr/ms [redacted] mentioned they called the restaurant  and left a message with a male employee.  They are upset because they did not get a response from the owner when not once did they mention that they asked to speak with management concerning the matter that they deemed life threatening.  Management was never informed of this incident.   Management can not address something that is never brought to our attention. nothing was provided to us in terms of doctors visits or returned food.  Any manager employed by beaucoup bar  & grill is more than trained  and capable of providing the necessary attention to rectify a situation such as this.  it is not necessary for an owner to address.  We apologize for any confusion you might have had in your dining experience.  Any future problems are concerns can be immediately rectified when brought to management.  Any furthers questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Regards Lakesha R[redacted]
