Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This reply does not rectify the complaint that the business is not meeting their end of the advertisement that online payment and communications are offered by the businessOffensive attacks on my character do not excuse this businessperson from responding to the communications that were repeatedly ignored by the business and an online payment system that I was never able to access in order to pay on timeThey seem to be under the misunderstanding that it is only the late payment that I wanted to pay onlineWhat I wanted was a sustainable way to pay, but was unable to acquire any assistance from them to do soNone of this would have happened if I had as much as a bill or the methods they advertise to give them moneyThe first correspondence I received from the business was a two line email with a late amount, which I replied to asking for help and paid in person the next dayI never heard back after I left correspondence that same day at the office asking for help to get a bill or be able to pay in something other than cashThe attendant was helpless to do anything for me and would only defer me to another person who never respondedI have a picture of that note taken two months after I left it and proof of three more emails sent to addresses that the business advertises as methods of contactNone of these had any responseI would have canceled the account much sooner if I had known that when I would finally get ahold of somebody, I would get yelled at when I expressed my displeasureI expect a person trying to pay a bill to be treated with respect, but instead I was led to believe that I would not be able to deal with the businessperson directly after I was rudely threatened over the phone.It is the case that I went in and paid a cash to get my property backI have asked for a month of rent that was mailed to the business back plus the late fee that should never needed to be applied given these issues, or at least that check to be torn upAs far as I can tell, failure to address that in-flight check would be fraud on the part of the business.As far as calling my observations far fetched, I can only report what I sawI do not consider that a waste of timeThe attendant suggested he thought there were problems in the back area on multiple occasionsI think that the business should take safety and billing complaints seriously and work closer with the police department Regards, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted], as he has documented spoke to me on several occasions and continued to not make payments in a final attempt to make a payment and receive his vehicle he tried to pay online as his contract states he cannot pay a delinquent account in any form other than cash. He then proceeded to go to...

the office and see [redacted] and make a cash payment as he was advised. He has taken his car out and will be placed on the do not rent to list.His allegations are so far fetched he is wasting your time and mine. We work closely with J-Town police and they know us well. Please feel free to contact them with any concerns.
