This company is awesome. Earnest, Warren , Luis and Vawn did an outstanding job. They were always very polite and we where able to ask questions at anytime while out side learning how the process was coming along and learned a lot about just how it all worked. Thank you very much.

Had my driveway done. Was told they would pump foam under my driveway to help raise the concrete and that would provide "for an extremely precise leveling". Most of the cracks barely were raised and are not level. When I notified the company I was displeased with the job they said they would send someone out to check it out. The guy came out today and after a short discussion of him just saying we don't guarantee the leveling I sent him on his way. I could have filled the cracks myself. The job took 2 men 2 hours and I was charged thousands of dollars. I have again emailed the company of my issue and have yet to hear back. Certainly would not recommend this company at all.

Process was easy working with Florida Foundation Authority. Estimate was fast and on site from Bill. Work was completed in a timely manner, excellent communication from start to finish. Earnest, Nick, and Ryan worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend. Thanks FFA!

I'm very impressed and satisfied with the level of service I received from the installers, in particular the team of Warren, Luis, & Earnest. Very professional, everything was sir or Mr *** when speaking with or to me directly. Even after a rainy downpour which stopped the process for about 30 minutes theses guys jumped right back at it doing what they do best. Warren the team leader took the time to explain the process in phases to show me what their process was, truly remarkable customer service. It was a HOT 90 degrees but these guys just kept at it. I had a bathroom window that I couldn't open from the crack in the foundation, after the installation Warren said " Mr *** can you check to see if you can open the window now" man I was on cloud nine. The way these guys worked together as a team is what really won me over that I selected the right company for the job, I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend the company to anyone in the future

The company kept us informed of what to expect throughout the entire process. Dustin and Anthony were the installers and really knew what they were doing. Very nice also.

All around good experience with this company. Shane was timely, polite and full disclosure of the work that could be performed. Follow calls reconfirming arrival days and work orders were performed. Malik, Hector and Ryan installed foundation jacks, a sunk pump and dehumidifier, followed by poly seal by Dustin and others. The communication was spot on with calls before arrival, daily discussions concerning progress and daily walk-through before departing.

Our experience with this company began with Shane. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He called us back within a few hours of us calling them. He communicated several times before he came to give us our estimate. This was the main reason why we picked Florida Foundation Authority. We have lived in Florida for only 2 1/2 years and have been VERY Disappointed in the customer service and workmanship of Florida's work force. We have had people not show up for an appointment but most never return your call in the first place. Shane was honest and thorough. We had to have 2 different crews come out because their business exploded after we signed the contract. They had to get a crew from Virginia first because the crews here were booked out for months. As that first team was working they told us that our duct work needed to be replaced. Shane had told us that also so that was no surprise. They stopped the work and we had new duct work put in. Bryan, Malik and Nick came to finish the job. Byran's crew was awesome. There was allot left to do but Byran's crew worked until 8pm to finish the job in one day. We have been recommending Florida Foundation Authority to everyone even before the work was done. Sealing off the crawl space under a mobile home makes more sense to us than what Florida contractors recommend. Circulating hot humid air under a home isn't the answer. The only place for the humid air to go is up into your floor and insulation of your home where a musty smell will occur after a few years. When you call for a free estimate ask for Shane to come out.

Bryan, David and Malik were absolutely phenomenal and far exceeded my expectations on our floor leveling and crawl space repair. Professional, personal and completely confident and knowledgeable in what they were doing. I am very satisfied with the finished job and kinda' hated to see them leave....I would use this crew again for any thing I needed done. Thank you guys....Donn B

After an initial setback management assured me they would follow up and make every attempt to resolve the issue. True to their word the crew headed by Mike and Nathan as well as Dustin and Kane returned and went above and beyond to lift my settling pool deck and front walk. They explained what they were about to do and kept me up to date as the process unfolded. The work was performed efficiently and professionally and they completely cleaned up afterwards. It is refreshing to find a company that lives up to their promises and I would recommend the company to anyone.

Nathan and Justin did a great job on our pool deck. They were on time explained what they were going to do and took time to answer all our questions. They did a nice job of cleaning up and asked me to inspect everything before they left.
