I was purchasing a home and this company came to do the inspectionThey completely missed a huge very visible problem with the home a re-called piping system and now I have to change all the pipes myself because of their negligenceWhen I talked to the inspector he said "oh I see in the photo's I made a mistake" yes they made a $15,mistakeDO NOT USE THEM!!

I was referred to Florida Inspection Center by my realtor I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and knowledge of the office staff I had no idea what I needed or what to askThey explained the different types of inspections helping me order only what I neededThe inspector was early and very courtious of everyone's timeI received all of the reports at am the very next day! I have and will continue to tell people about Florida Inspection Center they deserve an A Rating in my book

Attempted scam of 80-year-old, partially-disabled Marine Corps veteran Company performed a Wind Mitigation Report on my home for $that stated that all of the straps holding down my roof only had two nails eachTheir inspector was a general contractor and not a certified Wind Mitigation InspectorThis unfavorable report prevented me from obtaining a lower cost insurance contract on my homeTheir representative, [redacted] Detrick, sent me an e-mail telling me that it would take 5-hours to correct the problem and would cost $1, I hired another company to add the third nail to each strap at a cost of $and with a time estimate of one to two hoursTheir representative found that every roof strap already had three nails so there was no work to be doneHe provided me with photos showing the three nails including the same strap that Florida Inspection Center included in their report that they said only had two nailsAn hour later, I had another Wind Mitigation Report prepare

This company is very customer friendly when it comes to their inspections They are detailed oriented which makes it very easy for our underwriters to complete their file I highly recommend them

Florida Inspection Center was the most professional and accurate company I have ever dealt with!

Normally I rarely have time to appreciate good work when it is completed, but I felt that considering Florida Inspection Center saved me from spending twice the amount on home insurance through ASI, I wanted to give them some credit. Despite the fact that I inquired about a Home inspection, including termite, and a recent WM, a week before I had to submit everything for my agent, they responded to my email I sent that night, the very next morning. I told them my situation, and they scheduled me that next day, and had my report completed and sent to my agent the same day at no extra charge! My agent even agreed that she will stay with this company because of the fast, but yet efficient reports and service they provided. So thank-you Florida Inspection Center for saving my family and I so much on these costly insurance quotes. I'm sending my cousin from Boca Raton to you guys, so take care of her like you did for my family and I.
