Manuals not received...
I signed up for the course and received an email over two weeks ago that the manuals for the course were shipped. I sent a f/u email and had no reply. I called and they would check shipping and get back with me and no return call. I f/u 2-days later and still no favorable response.....
I want my book for this course deliver tomorrow...
Textbook was mailed on May 7th. We have not received a copy of the textbook back as "undeliverable". There is no record of emails or phone calls from the student PRIOR TO THEIR INITIATION OF THEIR REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE TO THE Revdex.com. Student called the day they filed complaint. One of our managers mailed out a replacement that day and I (Ken T) emailed out also to confirm mailing address provided by student "one more time" (student did not respond). Several emails sent to student asking to confirm receipt of second textbook... student did finally send back email confirming book received.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
