To Whom It May Concern regarding the above matter, the last I spoke to Ms [redacted], she stated that she had another technician come out and replace the parts we diagnosed as bad. Due to that fact we did not perform the work, we cannot and will not be held liable for the results. Ms. [redacted] states we...
informed her she needed parts she didn’t honestly need, but since she has replaced the unit, we cannot prove or disprove the accusation. We did absolutely everything possible to solve this problem, but since she has had a new unit installed by a different person, we will not intervene and take on possibly more liability. I am attaching the phone conversation where she states another unit was installed and then she began having problems again. I feel we have done our part and consider this matter closed on our end.Respectfully,J. E[redacted]Director of Operations
We stand behind our work. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to complete the work that was quoted and would have solved the original complaints or secondary complaints Ms. [redacted] presented to us, even after offering to work with her on a payment plan. With that being said, we have refunded the money that she paid for the work that we did complete in hopes of a satisfactory ending for her as it seemed that was the only solution that would make her happy. Just so there will be no misunderstanding, we have enclosed a copy of the check and letter that was sent to her.We consider this matter to now be resolved to the customer's satisfaction and do not wish to be contacted again regarding this matter.Sincerely, Joseph L E[redacted]Director of Operations
